Easy to grow, long lived perennial with indigo blue lupin like flowers followed by atractive seed pods. Blue green foliage stays attractive all year. Can stay in the same location for many years without dividing. The seed pods can be dried for indoor decorations.
Care and Maintenance:
Best grown in full sun and rich soil, but will tolerate part shade, poor soil and drought. Will take on shrubby appearance after deadheading. Not bothered by frost or dry conditions. They have a deep root system, so do not transplant well.
