General Description:
Delicate flowerheads are surrounded by a collar of pointed bracts, carried on wiry stems above clumps of deeply toothed, lobed foliage of soft green. Good border plant, excellent fresh adn dried cut flower. Dark red flowers bloom all summer. Spectacular black stems add color appeal.

Care and Maintenance:
Best suited to moist, fertile woodland conditions or near streams or ponds where soil is always moist. Will tolerate full sun if roots are kept moist.
