General Description:
Water loving deciduous ground cover. Vigorous plant with indefinite spread. Grows from underground runners and is strikingly variegated with red, cream, bronze and green hues. When bruised foliage emits a citrus odor. Excellent as a marginal plant for water gardens. Grow in sunken containers to restrain spread.

Care and Maintenance:
Frost hardy plant that likes moist, leafy rich soil. Will tolerate sun if the ground is moist, but does prefer some shade. Mulch for winter.
