General Description:
Long flowering, aromatic perennial. Dense, bushy plant for the front border or large rock garden. Blooms in a profusion of bright pink flowers all summer. Growth habit is quite like the true mints with creeping rhizomes and leaves in opposit pairs on square stems. Aromatic leaves used as an herbal tea.
